HOW DAALI WORKS
Your home.
A clear way forward.
From your floor plan to your finished home, understand each step, the choices you make and what our team takes care of.
Your plan. Your scope. A price you understand.
01 / Your plan
First, find your home.
Choose your building and apartment type. Daali brings the available floor plan on screen, so your choices begin with the space you actually have.
- Check the apartment type, room arrangement and balcony positions.
- If the plan does not match, confirm it with Daali before proceeding.
Check that this matches your home.
Choose your building from the available addresses.
02 / Your choices
Your rooms. Your priorities.
A whole home or a few rooms: you decide where the work happens. Select the work those spaces need, then answer the questionnaire to help us define your scope.
- Choose a finish level for materials, then a style that feels like you.
- Tell us what to replace and what you would like to keep.
Compare materials and fittings
The finish level sets the materials used for the work you choose. Your preferred design style is a separate choice.

04 / Design & build
Now, make it your home.
After the contract is signed, the design becomes personal. Our designer works with you on the details of your space, and our team brings the agreed design to life on site.
- Review and approve the design details before they become site work.
- Daali coordinates design, procurement and site work within your agreed scope.
- Your project schedule is agreed for the work involved.
After the contract, review the drawings with your designer. Your approvals guide the work.
05 / Your progress
Stay close to the progress.
You should be able to follow your home as it takes shape. My Daali brings the design updates, site progress and final delivery into one place through to handover.
- Follow design and site updates in the same workspace.
- Keep track of the project milestones and your approvals.
- Review the finished work with the team at handover.
Review the design
Your drawings, ready to discuss.
Review design updates and the decisions that need your approval with your team.
Is getting a price free?
Yes. Getting your price is free, with no obligation to book. You can revise your rooms and questionnaire choices and review a new price before deciding to go ahead.
What if I want to change the work?
You can revise your choices and review a new price before proceeding. After the scope is agreed, discuss changes with your designer. Any added price and effect on the schedule are explained for your approval before the additional work begins.
When does the designer get involved?
Your designer starts after you sign the contract. Together, you review the detailed design and materials for your agreed scope before the relevant work begins. Design updates and project progress are shared through My Daali.
How long will my project take?
Your project timeline is agreed for your scope before site work begins. It depends on the rooms, work, design approvals, material availability and building access. If a scope change affects the schedule, we explain that when you review the change.
