Sector 150 · Noida

The keys are a beginning. Make a plan for what follows.

Before ordering a kitchen or filling a furniture cart, get a clear picture of what your apartment has, what needs attention and what you actually want to change. This checklist helps you turn a handover visit into an interiors brief.

01

Bring the right plan to the handover

Match the development, tower, flat and apartment type to your documents. Mark the entrance, balcony openings, kitchen services and any differences you can see. A similar-looking plan from another tower is a starting point for questions, not a substitute for your own layout.

Ask or check

Record the plan revision and photograph the room labels alongside the relevant spaces.

What you leave with: A dated layout that the designer and site team can refer to together.

02

Separate handover issues from your interior wish list

Photograph damaged surfaces, leaks, loose fittings or other concerns and record them with the relevant building team. Separately note where you want new storage, a different finish or furniture. Agree who will resolve each item before covering it with cabinetry or starting replacement work.

Ask or check

Ask which checks require a qualified specialist. Avoid testing electrical, gas or concealed services yourself.

What you leave with: An issue list with an owner, plus a separate list of paid interior changes.

03

Check how work can happen in your building

Ask management about contractor entry, permitted hours, work approvals, lift booking and protection, deposits, waste removal and deliveries. Confirm the current requirements for your tower directly; another Sector 150 society may follow different arrangements.

Ask or check

Record any building charges separately from the interiors scope and agree who handles them.

What you leave with: An access and site-readiness checklist before a start date is agreed.

04

Choose the rooms before choosing the finishes

List where you will sleep, host, work, cook and store everyday things. Mark the furniture you already own, including its dimensions. A guest room can wait while the main bedroom is completed; a study does not need new furniture simply because it appears on the plan.

Ask or check

For each room, decide what stays and which new items are genuinely required.

What you leave with: A room-by-room brief that can be priced without assuming every item is new.

Put the decisions side by side.

Before you order

Confirm the handed-over condition and list the work.

Before work starts

Confirm site dimensions, access, design and the agreed scope.

Do not assume possession means a site is ready for interiors. Access, unresolved issues and design decisions can still affect the start.

Connect the advice to your apartment

Start with the right layout.

Room sizes, openings, handed-over finishes and building requirements differ. Use your own development and mapped flat, then confirm the site-dependent details with the team.
